AB Kristianstadsbyggen (ABK) is a municipal public housing company based in Kristianstad. Our mission is to build and manage rental housing for all resident groups. ABK currently has approximately 9,300 apartments and 230 commercial premises in its parent company. Your responsibilities

Here, you will become an important part of the work to create pleasant and well-maintained homes for our tenants. You will work with:

• Apartment maintenance
• Interior and exterior painting

You plan your own workday and have ongoing contact with tenants – perfect for you who enjoy both craftsmanship and service.

Your background/Qualities

You are an experienced painter who takes responsibility, delivers quality, and enjoys meeting people.

• At least 5 years of experience in painting
• Independent and structured
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and driven
• Social and service-oriented
• Thrives with both personal responsibility and teamwork
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Valid B-driver's license (required)
• Journeyman certificate is a merit

The position is full-time, working hours 07:00–16:00. You are based at our modern carpentry/painting workshop in the Näsby industrial area. The position starts with a probationary period at ABK.
